28-day cycles, and where prorations come from
Cycles run 28 days from each placement’s anchor date — thirteen a year, not twelve. Mid-cycle changes land as proration lines on the NEXT invoice.
Every placement has a cycle anchor. Its cycles are 28 days from that anchor, so they land on the same weekday every time and do not drift with the calendar.
When a cycle closes, the invoice is DRAFTED — never sent. You review it and send it. We do not send an invoice to your customer on our own initiative, ever.
Add, remove or exchange units mid-cycle and the difference arrives as a labeled proration line on the next invoice, computed per day at the line’s rate over 28. A sent invoice is never edited — corrections are adjustment lines, so your books and your customer’s books always tell the same story.
Payments land on your own payment links, in your own processor. We never touch the money.
