Getting your data out, and closing your account

Settings ▸ Export my data. Customers, sites, units, placements, deployments, swaps, visits, records, route days, invoices, lines, payments and the disposal log.

Money exports as integer cents so nothing rounds on the way out.

Export is never the reason you cannot leave. If you decide we are not for you, take all of it and go — the door is not locked, and it never was.

QBO CSV (Crew and up) exports sent and paid invoices plus payments in the shape QuickBooks imports. It is one-way on purpose: we read out, we never write into your books.

When you decide to close the account, you can delete it and everything in it. Export first if you want a copy — export is free right up to the moment you go. Deletion is permanent after a 7-day grace window, so a mistake isn’t forever: sign back in before it ends to undo it. After that your content is removed, with backups aging out within about 30 more days, and any active subscription is cancelled. If you cannot reach the delete option in the app, email us from the address on your account and we run the same deletion for you.
