Every completed stop composes a record: photos, timestamp, GPS when permitted, the serials, the driver.
A record composes automatically when a completed visit syncs. You do not push a button.
It shows the device time the driver marked it done AND the time it reached us — offline honesty goes all the way into the artifact.
When the driver did not permit location, the record says “Location: unavailable”. It never guesses, and it never fills in a pin from the site record. A GPS line you cannot trust is worse than none.
On Free, records carry a “Recorded with” footer. On any paid plan they carry your brand and nothing else.
