Didn’t get your sign-in code?
The code comes by email as six digits. Check spam, confirm the address, and re-send — there is no password to reset.
There are no passwords here — owner or driver, you sign in with a code we email you every time. Type your email and we send a 6-digit code to it.
Owner or driver, you stay signed in on your device once you are in — a code is only needed on a new phone or after signing out.
No code in a minute? Check your spam or promotions folder first, then confirm you typed the same address your account uses. A code is single-use and short-lived, so if one has been sitting a while, just send a fresh one.
If sending fails you will see “We couldn’t send that code — check the email and try again.” That is usually a typo in the address, or several requests in a row — fix the address, wait a moment, and retry. Tap “Use a different email” if you entered the wrong one.
Enter the code, and if it is stale or mistyped you will see “That code didn’t match. Codes expire after an hour.” Send yourself a fresh one and enter it promptly.
Drivers sign in exactly the same way, with the email address the office used to invite them. There is nothing to install and no password to set. A driver who never got an invite should ask whoever runs the office to re-send it.
One thing to flag: the email should carry a six-digit number, not a link. If you ever get a link instead, something is misconfigured on our end — that is our bug to fix, not yours. Contact us and we will sort it.
