Terms of Service

SwapProof is a product of Ardeo Labs LLC.

1. The service

SwapProof is software for portable-sanitation operators to schedule routes, record services, and invoice their customers. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for how you use the records and invoices it generates.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.

3. Your data is yours

You own the data you put into SwapProof — your customers, units, placements, records, and invoices. You can export it as JSON or CSV, free, on every plan, at any time. Cancelling does not delete it; your account moves to a read-only state and your data stays exportable.

4. We never touch the money

Invoices go out under your brand and payments are made to your own payment links and processor. SwapProof does not take custody of your customers’ funds and does not take a percentage of any placement.

5. Records, not certifications

SwapProof records completion of your own checklist; it does not certify compliance. A proof-of-service record documents what your crew did — it is not a regulatory or safety certification, and you are responsible for your own compliance obligations.

6. Billing

Paid plans bill monthly or annually as shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime; monthly plans stop at the end of the current period and annual plans run to the end of the paid year. Prices for existing customers are not raised while they remain subscribed.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use SwapProof to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Ardeo Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Final limitation-of-liability terms will be set with counsel.
