Winter armor
Off-season pause · $19/mo
When the units come back to the yard, pause instead of paying a full bill or cancelling. Everything goes read-only — but your proof-of-service archive stays live and shareable (a January dispute about a September invoice still has its September records), and the bid pack stays generable for contract-bid season. One tap resumes your prior plan in spring.

Always included, every plan
- Offline driver day + proof-of-service records — the whole route day runs with no signal
- Public request page + quote front door — requests are free on every tier
- Weekly digest — on every plan
- Own-data export (JSON / CSV) — free on every tier, forever
Requests are free on every tier — nothing is metered on your request page. On Free, accepting a request consumes one of your two active-placement slots. Cancelling or pausing never deletes anything: your data stays readable and exports free, always.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge per driver?
No. Every paid plan includes unlimited driver seats — adding a truck never raises your software bill. Add trucks, not fees. Plans are gated by units, the thing that actually grows with your business, not by headcount.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. SwapProof is built offline-first — the whole route day runs with no signal. Your driver opens the day, records every stop with photos, and it all syncs when the truck comes back into coverage. Offline isn’t a mode you switch on; it’s how the driver day is built.
Will the route optimizer reshuffle the order I set?
No. Route suggestions preview as a diff you apply or discard — suggestions you apply, and locked stops never move. Regeneration never touches a stop you’ve set. Your route, your order, your call.
What is a proof-of-service record?
Every service captures a photo, GPS (when the driver permits it), and a timestamp — proof you can forward. It documents completion of your own checklist and lands in a shareable customer history page, so “you never serviced my unit” is answered by forwarding the record. SwapProof records completion of your own checklist; it does not certify compliance.
Do you touch my customers’ payments?
Never. Invoices go out under your brand and payments land on your own payment links and processor — no custody, no percentage of a placement, ever. Card-on-file autopay, when it ships, runs inside your own Stripe account under the same rule.
What is a 28-day billing cycle?
Portable-sanitation billing runs on 28-day cycles, not calendar months — thirteen cycles a year. Pick an anchor date and SwapProof generates each cycle’s invoice PDF, payment link, and dunning reminders automatically. (There’s a free 28-day billing calendar under Tools to see how your cycles fall.)
What happens to my data if I leave?
You take all of it. Export everything — customers, units, placements, records, invoices — as JSON or CSV, free, on every tier, forever. Export is never the reason you can’t leave; the off-season pause keeps the data warm, and export works there too.
What is the off-season pause?
Winter armor. When the units come back to the yard, downgrade to $19/mo instead of paying a full bill or cancelling: everything goes read-only, but your proof-of-service archive stays live and shareable — a January dispute about a September invoice still has its September records — and the bid pack stays generable for contract-bid season. One tap resumes your prior plan next spring.
What is founding pricing?
Join early and your org’s first 12 months run at $49/mo, then roll to the list price you signed up under. It’s open to the first 25 operators, or for 90 days after launch — whichever comes first — and founders get free white-glove migration. It’s a discount, not a different product: when it ends you pay list, and existing customers are never repriced.
Are requests free, or metered?
Requests are free. Your public request page and quote front door take as many requests as come in, on every tier including Free — nothing is metered there. On Free, accepting a request consumes one of your two active-placement slots; paid plans have unlimited placements.
