It’s the operator’s software, not a middleman

SwapProof is the tool your service provider uses to run their route days, record each service, and invoice their customers. The operator you work with owns the account and the data;SwapProof never sits between you and them, and never handles your payments.

What a service record shows

Each record documents one visit: the unit, the date and time, the location (GPS, when the driver permits it), and photos of the completed work. It’s the operator’s answer to “was this serviced, and when” — proof they can forward, so a billing question is settled by a record instead of a memory.

One thing it is not

A record is not a compliance certificate. SwapProof records completion of your own checklist; it does not certify compliance. It documents what the operator’s crew did on their own checklist — it never makes a safety or regulatory claim on anyone’s behalf.
